Our next regular Village Green working party session is coming up this Saturday 15 August, from 10–11 a.m.
There is some clearance work to be done, so if you can spare an hour, please come along and lend a hand. Every bit of help makes a difference in keeping our Green looking its best.
Barn Owl Sighting
There has also been an exciting visitor to the Green recently. A barn owl has been seen hunting on the Green on recent evenings, just before dusk.
If you are out and about around that time, do keep a look out – you may be lucky enough to spot this beautiful local visitor!
